Healthcare Sandbox is powered by Med-Call Healthcare, which manages the staffing partnership with referred facilities. When Med-Call successfully places staff at a referred facility, those placements trigger your referral reward.
Is Healthcare Sandbox available throughout Illinois or only in the Chicago area?
Yes. Healthcare Sandbox is active across all of Illinois, including the Chicago metro, Chicagoland suburbs, and downstate facilities.
How long does the average lead take?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks to finalize an agreement with a prospective client, once the referral is qualified.
Payouts
How much can I potentially earn?
There is no cap to your earning potential. If your lead is qualified, you can earn a minimum of $1,250.
When are referral payments issued?
You earn a referral payment when staffing placements are successfully made at the facility you referred. Providing additional details can help speed up the referral process.
Confidentiality
Can my identity remain confidential during follow-up conversations with the Healthcare Sandbox team?
Yes. Throughout each step in the referral process, including the follow-up call, your name will be kept out of it unless directed otherwise.
Will I be kept informed about my referral?
Yes. Healthcare Sandbox will send you updates via email on the status of your referral.
Referral Requirements
Do I need to know the decision-maker personally?
No. Just a name or title and contact information.
Do I need to be currently employed in the healthcare facility I’m referring to?
No. Recent former employees often have the freshest information about a facility’s staffing needs.
Can I submit more than one lead?
Yes. If you know any facility in need of staffing, it is worth submitting for greater earnings.
Can I submit my own employer?
Yes. Your name will be kept confidential, protecting your professional relationships and career.
Do I need a personal relationship with the facility’s decision-maker to submit a lead?
No. You can submit a referral without providing the decision-maker’s contact. That said, providing the contact information and making the introduction will double your payout.
What happens if Healthcare Sandbox is already working with the facility I refer?
No penalty. You will receive an update that your lead was a duplicate.
