Our confidentiality commitment
Healthcare Sandbox is built on a promise: your identity as a referring member is kept confidential. When you submit a referral through healthcaresandbox.com, we commit to:
- Never share your name with the referred facility in the course of Med-Call Healthcare’s business development conversations, unless you specifically direct us to do so.
- Never confirm or deny to the facility whether a particular individual submitted a referral about them.
- Handle your personal information under the terms of our Privacy Policy, with additional restrictions on referral-related data.
How we protect your identity
Internally, referrer identity is:
- Stored in a restricted system accessible only to authorized Med-Call Healthcare personnel involved in program operations
- Never included in outreach communications to referred facilities
- Never disclosed to facility staff during business development conversations
- Referenced only by internal identifiers in reporting and analytics
Med-Call Healthcare’s outreach team is trained to conduct business development conversations without reference to how a lead was sourced.
Limits and exceptions
Confidentiality has practical limits. Your identity may be disclosed:
- If you direct us to. You may choose to make an introduction between yourself and Med-Call Healthcare’s team. In that case, your identity will be shared with the facility only to the extent needed for the introduction.
- If required by law. Court orders, subpoenas, or lawful requests from government authorities may compel disclosure.
- To defend or enforce our rights. In the event of legal disputes, fraud investigations, or violations of the Member Agreement, we may need to disclose information to legal counsel, courts, or law enforcement.
- Circumstantial disclosure. If you are the only person who could plausibly have known about a facility’s specific staffing situation, others may deduce that you were the source. We cannot prevent that.
Your own confidentiality obligations
Members participate in the Program voluntarily and are responsible for their own confidentiality obligations to their employers or third parties. You should not:
- Submit information about a facility if doing so would breach a confidentiality, non-disclosure, or non-compete agreement you have signed
- Represent to a facility that you are acting on behalf of Med-Call Healthcare
- Discuss your participation in the Program with the referred facility unless you have chosen to make an introduction
If you have questions about your own obligations, consult your own legal counsel before submitting referrals.
