This community is open to anyone with credible knowledge of Illinois healthcare facility staffing needs.

If you can name a facility, you can submit a lead.

You qualify if you are

A registered nurse, LPN, or CNA working at or with knowledge of an Illinois facility
A healthcare administrator, Director of Nursing, manager, or scheduler
A clinician in the allied health professions (respiratory, PT, OT, lab, imaging, pharmacy)
A medical office or clinic staff member
A recent former employee of an IL healthcare facility
A non-clinical professional (admin, billing, IT, supply) inside a healthcare organization
Someone whose spouse, sibling, or close friend works at a facility you can name
